I can hear him now, shouting in his ever so slightly high-pitched Maryland drawl, “And we’re racing in Key West with Performance Boat Center, STIHL, WHM Motorsports and Salt Terminator heading side by side into the first turn!”

That Salt Terminator is the likely name for Randy Sweers’ 40-foot Superboat-class MTI catamaran is good for everyone involved—good for Sweers as he’s added a backer for the 2017 season, good for cleaning products giant CRC Industries as the popular and soon-to-be-rebadged FB Marine Group cat already has a solid following and is sure attract more fans with a new name touting a popular marine engine-flushing product, good for a sport that can use anything, even a catchy team name, that creates more color.
