Sunsation’s builds a line of 29-, 32- and 34-foot CCX (Center Console Xtreme) powerboats.
Davis Watersports of Richmond, Va., has signed on as the Mid-Atlantic dealer for Sunsation Powerboats. The news was announced in a press release from the Algonac, Mich., high-performance center console dealer.
‘We’re excited to have JW Davis and his Davis Watersports dealership join our family,” said Sunsation vice-president, Joe Schaldenbrand, in the release. “JW and his team definitely fit our profile of a customer-service oriented dealer. Plus, his customization work on the trucks that I’ve seen is evidence of his commitment to excellence. Davis Watersports now provides direct access to our CCX line of center consoles in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. We look forward to a great long-term relationship with JW and Davis Watersports.”
A family-owned business, Davis Auto Sales has specialized in providing quality new and pre-owned vehicles to their neighbors in the tight-knit community of Chesterfield County, Va., for more than 40 years, according to the release. Under the leadership of oldest Davis family son, JW Davis, the company has expanded to specialize in the customization of utility, sport, and off-road trucks.
“We have been a licensed dealer for boats now for over 10 years,” said Davis in the release. “We sell quality used boats but have never wanted to put our name behind a new product, as we felt like we would lose touch of our clients’ best interests.
“I’ve had the opportunity to have first-hand experience with several of Sunsation’s CCX model center consoles at the various events,” he continued. “I was impressed with the performance, handling, and quality workmanship of the boats; but mostly, I was impressed with their honesty and care for their customers. So, I knew that Sunsation was a brand that kept the same high standards as us and would stand behind their product.”
