With four just days to go, the annual Speedonthewater.com/Offshoreonly.com Key West Bash, Thursday, Nov. 8, starting at 7 p.m. at the Sandbar Sports Grill is still acquiring killer items for its live auction and raffle, the proceeds of which will go to the Samuel’s House nonprofit organization benefitting homeless women and families in Florida’s Southernmost city. In addition to the Boyne Thunder and 1,000 Islands Charity 2019 “poker run experiences,” which include entry fees, dockage, lodging and several meals, the organizers have added a Hartwell Lake Poker Run experience to the list.
The hottest high-performance powerboating party in Key West is happening in just four days.
Other items to be auctioned or raffled include:
• A custom-painted “shot-ski” from Chris Mills of Boat Customs.
• An original Cassie Kerns/Cassinova Studios painting.

With spotter assistance from Todd Campbell of the Hartwell Lake Poker Run, 1,000 Islands Charity Poker Run organizing committee member Nolan Ferris will lead the live auction.
Free event T-shirts sponsored by Sterling Performance Engines and speedonthewater.com will be available while supplies last.
Raffle tickets are $5 a piece of $20 for five. Auction items can be paid for via cash or credit card.
Handled by Grow Marketing in Osage Beach, Mo., and sponsored by Sterling Performance Engines and speedonthewater.com, free event T-shirts will be available in limited supplies on a first-come, first served basis. Attendees will be treated to one free adult average, and drink specials will be offered throughout the evening. Sponsored by Devin Wozencraft of the Southern California-based Wozencraft Insurance Agency, the Sandbar Sports Grill is supplying a buffet of crowd-favorite foods to help satisfy the crowd. The venue also will have live entertainment during the event.
To handle the party group, which likely will total somewhere between 300 and 400 people, the Sandbar Sports Grill management is going to change up the seating arrangements in the venue. Still, those who want to sit will want to arrive early.
