For those who either missed the three-part television series on the 2015 Super Boat International World Championships in Key West, Fla., or would like to see all three again in order, SBI has added them to its website earlier this month. The episodes, which originally aired on NBC Sports, have been set up to run sequentially rather than separately, so that once a viewer starts he or she can watch all three segments continuously.

From the SBI website: “The NBC Sports Special primarily showcased the Superboat, Superboat Extreme, and Superboat Unlimited classes ripping through Key West waters in a quest for the coveted title of World Champion. Additionally, the feature also provided behind–the–scenes insight to the prep work that goes into competing in a triple–installment championship, the last–minute fixes to on–the–water crashes, and the powerhouse teams that bring the world’s fastest boats to life.”
Designed and produced by JM Associates to appeal to veteran fans of the sport as well as viewers unfamiliar with it, the program was spearheaded by STIHL offshore racing team owner Robert “J.R.” Noble, who died suddenly of what was reported by family members to be a heart attack on March 8 at his home in Orlando, Fla. The three-part series built on the success of a one-hour program about the 2014 SBI Key West Worlds, according to the SBI website, which was also driven by the late offshore powerboat racer.
