According to a press release about the upcoming television program on the SBI website, the schedule is “subject to change if programming conflicts arise.”
“We will be sure to inform you in advance,” the text in the release read. “We are very fortunate, to have scheduled re-air times in the coming summer and fall seasons.”
With STIHL leaving the sport, this will be the final time that outdoor power-tool giant will be the primary backer of the SBI television program. The SBI release did not start whether the TV program will continue.
“We appreciate the efforts they (STIHL) have made to support our sport of offshore powerboat racing,” said John Carbonell, the president of SBI, in the release. “We also look forward to seeing everyone in May for the 9th Annual Super Boat Space Coast Grand Prix.”
