Race World Offshore Clearwater Nationals Essentials

Between the power struggle created by two sanctioning bodies and a seemingly endless stream of race-team protests primarily emanating from the Pro Class 1 and Super Cat ranks, the 2025 offshore racing season has not been a thing of beauty, much less harmonious. But if the current registration list holds and perhaps even grows as sign-ups are still open, this weekend’s Race World Offshore Clearwater Nationals in Southwest Florida could close out the regular season on a high note. The registered fleet currently boasts 41 teams including a season-high seven entries in the Mod V class.
