Between models from Cigarette Racing, Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats, Skater Powerboats, Statement Marine and Sunsation Boats, one might think that Performance Boat Center in Osage Beach, Mo., has the gamut covered when it comes to new performance boat offerings. But thanks to a relationship that developed through a recent order for an 82-foot flybridge motor yacht from Princess Yachts, the successful Lake of the Ozarks dealership has added a performance sport yacht lineup to the mix.
According to Performance Boat Center owner Brett Manire, the company recently became a dealer of the Princess V Class Sport Yachts line ranging from 39 feet to 72 feet, all of which combine amazing performance, streamlined style and intelligent interior innovation.
A new V52, which is powered by twin turbocharged Caterpillar Marine C12 ACERT diesel engines, arrived at Performance Boat Center last week, and Manire said that a new V62-S with twin Caterpillar C18 ACERT engines is a super load and is en route to the dealership.
Manire, who is enjoying a his vacation in the Virgin Islands with his wife, Mackenzie, and a few friends—including his business partner, Mark Waddington, who recently purchased the 82-footer with a pair of 1,650-hp MTU diesel engines—said he’s looking forward to showcasing the sport yachts on the Central Missouri lake.

First up will be the local in-water boat show presented by the Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers Association in a couple of weeks (April 17-19) at Dog Days. Along with the Princess V52, Performance Boat Center will have four other boats on display—a Cigarette 41′ Stern Drive 1040, a Cigarette 42X with twin Mercury Racing 1100 engines (read the story), a Statement 380 SUV with triple Mercury Verado 300s and 28 SSR Mid Cabin Open Bow from Sunsation.
