Outerlimits Unveling Two New Models In Miami

Add this to your “must-see” list during the 2010 Miami International Boat Show Feb. 11-14: The Outerlimits Offshore Boats 44SL and 52SV. The Bristol, R.I., builder will unveil two custom-made, stepped-hull V-bottoms during the event’s opening day (Thursday).

“This will be the first time either of these boats has been seen by the public,” says Paul Fiore of Outerlimits.

Also during the Miami show in the Outerlimits booth, representatives from Powerboat P1 will present Outerlimits founder Mike Fiore with 2009 Evolution Class Manufacturer’s Award. The No. 88 SNAV OSG Outerlimits powered by twin 750-hp engines from Mercury Racing finished with the highest total points for the five-race season.

“First, we’re proud of that accomplishment and the entire SNAV OSG team,” says Paul Fiore. “Second, racing in Powerboat P1 helps sell boats. We’ve gotten a lot more visibility in Europe thanks by participating in the series. I’m not saying that’s all of it, but it definitely helped.”
