Organizers of the 2023 Miami International Boat Show presented by Discover Boating, opened ticket sales online yesterday for the February 15-20 event. The show returned to the renovated Miami Convention Center in 2021 after a five-year hiatus from its longtime South Beach venue.
But would-be attendees hoping to buy tickets at the show will be disappointed as there will be no box-offices on site. All ticket sales are online.
The news was announced in a press release from Discover Boating, a popular online portal produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
“There is no box office on site at the show,” the release stated. “Please purchase your digital tickets in advance. Your digital ticket will be scanned as you enter the show.”
The show opens Wednesday, which is known as “Preview Day.” An adult ticket that day costs $62—after Wednesday, single-day adult tickets drop to $42 per person. Also available after Wednesday, two-day adult tickets are priced at $72 per person.
