A new sun lounge configuration was created for the Cigarette 42′ Huntress GTO.
As promised in yesterday’s “Miami Boat Show Sneak Peek,” story on speedonthewater.com, Cigarette Racing Team has released—and speedonthewater.com is publishing—four more “Sneak Peek” images of its new-for-2017 42’ Huntress GTO performance center console. To help paint a more complete picture, we added the new images to yesterday’s gallery/slideshow.
According to Skip Braver, the owner and chief executive officer of the Opa-Locka, Fla., sportboat and center console company, the new 42-footer is significantly “faster and lighter” the original 42’ Huntress. For now at least, that’s as much detail as Braver is willing to provide. We do know, as noted in yesterday’s piece, that the boat has a full walk-around and a day cabin. We also know that Cigarette reconfigured the sun-lounges ahead of the console.
As you can see from the slideshow above, the 42’ Huntress GTO is all about seating options and wide-open spaces.
We also know that it will share dock space with the newest, yet-to-be-unveiled collaboration between Cigarette Racing Team and a Mercedes-AMG, as well as a 42 X Sportboat, Bob Christie’s new 39’ GTS center console and a new 41’ GTR center console at the docks in Miami. The show opens in just two days.
Editor’s Note: Look for the final “Sneak Peek” of the 42’ Huntress GTO—with four more new images—on speedonthewater.com tomorrow.
