The 540 (above) is one of three Mercury Racing engines included in the company’s Race To Repower program.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the program:

The 520, 540 and 565 engine packages come with a “comprehensive two-year limited warranty.” Buyers of the 520 have the option to purchase up to three additional years of Mercury Product Protection. According to the release, the program is targeted at powerboat owners with “legacy Mercury Racing stern-drives such as the 500 EFI, 525 EFI and 575 SCi, as well as comparably sized competitive engines” who are looking to repower their high-performance catamarans or V-bottoms
