Mercury Marine Offering Rebate Program On Outboards Up To 400 HP

Announced this morning via press release and extending through March 31, Mercury Marine’s 2021 outboard engine repower rebate program gives buyers two options for savings on products from 175 to 400 hp. Buyers can choose between straightforward rebates or what the Fond du Lac, Wis., marine engine and accessories company is calling a “triple zero-financing offer, which translates to no down-payment, no payments for the first six months and no interest.

“This offer allows boaters to lock in financing or a rebate now while having the flexibility to delay delivery of their new engine according to their convenience,” said Randy Caruana, Mercury’s vice president of sales for the North/Central America and Asia Pacific regions, in the release.

For those who opt for straight rebates, amounts increase based on the horsepower out of each outboard. Buyers of the Verado 400 engine, for example, will receive a rebate of $1,500, while the rebate for Mercury’s 175-hp  outboard is $600. The 350 Verado rebate is $1,250 and 300 Verado rebate is $1,000.

Buyers can take delivery as last as April 30, 2021.

“With boaters looking to spend more time on the water, many are interested in upgrading their power with Mercury’s state‑of‑the‑art solutions,” said Caruana in the release. “Mercury’s latest outboards in this horsepower range are the industry benchmark, providing dependability, strong hole shot and quiet and smooth operation while delivering tremendous fuel economy.”
