The final offshore powerboat races of 2015 start Sunday in Australia—and you can watch them live tonight on speedonthewater.com. Round No. 6 of the Australian Offshore Superboat Championships will stream live online from Hervey Bay in Queensland, and according to the organizers approximately 10 boats are expected to compete in both of tonight’s races.
Here’s a quick look at the Livestream broadcast schedule for viewers in the United States:
Race No. 1: 5 p.m. (PST) and 8 p.m. (EST)
Race No. 2: 7 p.m. (PST) and 10 p.m. (EST)
Broadcasts are scheduled to begin 15 minute prior to each race.
According to Australian offshore racer/OSC representative Conn Saloumidis, the 10-kilometer course has inside and outside legs, and that outside legs should produce “heaps of airtime” if the water gets rough for the canopied Supercat Outboard and Supercat Extreme (inboard) raceboats.
