Ideally scheduled for your viewing pleasure before you head out on the town tomorrow night, the first race in the Bowen stop of the Australian Offshore Super Boat Championship series in Queensland, Australia, will air via Livestream on speedonthewater.com at 6 p.m. (PST) and 9 p.m. (EST). (We know that you folks on the East Coast tend to start late and stay out even later, so a 9 p.m. first race start time should be early enough not to mess with your Saturday night plans.) Tomorrow’s Livestream from the race will be the first time an Australian offshore powerboat race has been aired in real time on a United States-based medial portal.

There are two races with both the Superboat Extreme and Supercat Outboard classes—each class has six to seven teams—competing simultaneously in all Australian Super Boat Championship series events. Race No. 2 will go live at 8 p.m. on the West Coast and 11 p.m. on the East Coast in the U.S.
