By the looks of today’s Image of the Week, the boating season is in full effect at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. And judging by the comments made by Performance Boat Center owner Brett Manire after Saturday’s Fun Run organized by the dealership and service center in Osage Beach (read the story), the season is off to an awesome start.
It’s hard to make an Outerlimits 52 SL any prettier, but this group did. Photo by Brad Glidewell (click image to enlarge).
With more than 30 boats joining the fun, the day started gloomy but by lunchtime the sun came out—and so did the bikinis, at least for these 14 women on this stunning 52 SL from Outerlimits Offshore Powerboats.
Owned by Manire’s business partner Mark Waddington, the 2014 52-footer is powered by twin Mercury Racing 1350 engines and ended up being the perfect platform for PBC event photographer Brad Glidewell to stage this fantastic shot.
Although Waddington’s boat was one of the most attractive—especially with this group in it—between models from Cigarette Racing, Formula Boats, Fountain Powerboats, Skater Powerboats, Statement Marine and more, the hardware that landed at The Fish and Co. for lunch was remarkable—especially for a fleet the weekend before Memorial Day.
Considering PBC and the impressive Redhead Yacht Club facility at mile marker 21 pulled off this event in May, we can’t wait to see what they put together this summer (and beyond) once the new Redhead Lakeside Grill is open on the property. There’s no doubt it will be one of the must-stop locations on the lake.
