Invited to cover the second dealer meeting in the 29-year history of Nor-Tech Hi-Performance Boats last week—and you can read about tomorrow on speedonthewater.com—photographer Pete Boden and I got a close look at the company’s entire line of center consoles. But thanks to Nor-Tech cofounder Trond Schou’s helicopter, Boden got the best view of the boats running off Cape Coral, Fla.

With Schou piloting the aircraft, Boden aced last Friday morning’s photo shoot. Among the many vibrant images he captured, this one of a silver-and-blue Nor-Tech 390 center console knifing through glassy green water in the Gulf of Mexico jumped out.
