A few years ago, Canadian Cole Leibel bought a Nor-Tech 340 Sport center console powered by twin Mercury Racing 400R outboard engines and brought it back to his home Innisfill, Ontario. Leibel mostly ran the white-and-green 34-footer on home-water of idyllic waters of Lake Simcoe.
Earlier this year, Leibel decided he wanted to give the boat a fresh look. To accomplish that, he turned to his friends at Ontario-based Krytiuk Motorsports.
Thanks to the team at Krytiuk Motorsports, Canadian Cole Leibel’s 34-foot Nor-Tech center console has a bold new look
“The Leibel family was one of our first customers and they are great supporters of Krytiuk Motorsports,” said Mark Krytiuk, the founder and owner of the paint, fiberglass repair, interior renovation and engine service/rigging shop.
Working from a design created by Chris Mills of Boat Customs in Caledonia, Mich., Krytiuk went to work creating a particularly vibrant green hue—in addition to a rich blue—for his client. He dubbed the color “Leibel Green.”

“It is a custom color that we developed in house and is exclusive to Krytiuk Motorsports,” said the company’s namesake. “The pictures and videos do not do it justice as it truly is the world’s brightest green. All of the colors used have metallics and pearls in the paint, and the boat truly comes to life in the sun.”
Krytiuk and company had promised Leibel the boat would be finished by May 1. They got it to him a week early.
“We definitely made use of our 68-foot paint booth, which is Canada’s largest performance-boat paint booth, to ensure this boat was completed on time,” he said.
As for Leibel, he is thrilled with the finished product.
“I just want to say thank you to Krytiuk Motorsports for doing an amazing job on repainting the Nor-Tech one week ahead of schedule—and better than I could have imagined,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “Thanks for all the hard work that went into it and the great job.”
Before and after.
