First Abu Dhabi-Built, Florida-Rigged H44Z Coming To Miami

Based in Abu Dhabi, H. Craft—shorthand for Hayarri Marine—builds a range of outboard engine-powered, performance-oriented powerboats. The largest of these is the performance-oriented H44Z center console, and thanks to Manatee Marine Unlimited in Palmetto, Fla., the 44-footer powered by quad Mercury Racing 450R outboard will make its United States debut next week at the Miami International Boat Show.

The boat will be on display at Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center at the Manatee Marine Unlimited exhibit (slip No. 620).

“The boats are built in Abu Dhabi and rigged here in house at our location,” said Julian Maldonado, who co-owns the South Florida powerboat dealership and service center with Sara Elizabeth and Reese Langheim, who also owner the Super Stock-class Jackhammer offshore racing team. “We offer a handful of models from a 13-foot skiff all the way to this H44Z and some models in between.

“The 44Z is a 44-foot, high performance center console with a 12-foot beam that runs in the low-90s with quad 450s,” he continued. “We offer a few different deck layouts- poker run edition, fisherman edition and hybrid edition so we can really build it exactly to the customer preference.”

Though the boat will be “dock-locked” at the Sea Isle Marina venue, Maldonado and the Manatee Marine crew plan to stay in Miami for a few days after the show closes to offer demo rides. All demos will be done by appointment only—Maldonado can be reached at 941-405-2835.

“And of course, we always welcome everyone to our location in Palmetto,” he said.
