One of South Florida’s largest new and pre-owned powerboat sales and full-service dealerships, FB Marine Group has opened its third “marine mega-center” in Fort Lauderdale, according to a press release from the company. Located off Marina Mill Road, the new location is the former home of Chief Engines.

With a convenient third location, Randy Sweers and his staff at FB Marine Group are looking forward to better serving their current and future customers.

FB Marine Group was founded by managing partner Randy Sweers, a well-known figure in the performance boating community. According to Sweers, the new facility will enable his company to expand services including “more detailed” fiberglass and paint repair work and engine re-rigging, as well as opening up more storage space.

“Offering our clients a central location between our existing offices in Pompano Beach and Miami was long overdue,” Sweers said in the release. “Many of our customers live in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area and by opening another facility in their backyard expedites service turnaround time.”
