Santos, who has 28 years of experience, started as a rigger at Cigarette Racing Team moved up to positions in quality control and parts and stock management.
“I am thrilled to welcome Koss and Santos to the Deep Impact team,” said Lazaro Hernandez, the owner and chief executive officer of Deep Impact, in the release. “Beyond their industry contacts, both Koss and Santos each bring over 20 years of quality marine experience from which Deep Impact can immediately benefit. In addition to having two key personnel changes, our new factory will make our production line much more efficient and increase our customer service. It is a major step forward.”
