Cigarette To Display 515 Sportboat And More In Miami

With South Florida as its home turf, Cigarette Racing Team always dresses its Miami International Boat Show exhibit to impress—and this year will be no exception. The Opa-locka, Fla.-based custom high-performance powerboat company will showcase a 515 sportboat and two center consoles—a 42 Auroris and a 42 Nighthawk—in the Miami Beach Convention Center during the February 15-19 event.

In addition, Cigarette will present recent additions to its official apparel line and will provide updates, according to chief marketing officer Cristina E. Ruiz, on its coming personal watercraft line—including launch dates. And as it did last year, the company will use its massive audio-visual display as a backdrop for its exhibit.

Representatives from Cigarette’s current dealer network, which includes Big Thunder Marine, Lip-Ship Performance, SD Marine Group, Top Gun Yachts, Ultimate Marine and Wires Only, will be on hand to represent the brand.

“We at Cigarette Racing are so excited to be a part of the Miami International Boat Show for another year,” said Ruiz. “After our first MIBS (in 2022) as new ownership, we were incredibly humbled at the overwhelming support we received and the excitement of our participants.

“This year, we are looking to bring even more excitement around this legendary brand with exciting new updates on our personal watercraft and plenty to experience at our booth,” she continued. “We can’t wait to see everyone there.”

As it did during the 2022 event, the Cigarette display in the Miami Convention Center this year will deliver a sensational sensory experience thanks in large part to its massive audio/visual display.

Though Cigarette is still working on a 52-footer reportedly inspired by its successful 59 Tirranna sport yacht/center console, the new model will not be ready in time for the show.

Said Ruiz, “I cannot disclose too much information on that but we are very excited about that project and will have updates on it in the coming months.”
