Bio-Kleen and Teague Custom Marine Introduce Teague Shine Detailing Polish

For Bob Teague, the namesake behind Bio-Kleen’s new Teague Shine Detailing Polish, he couldn’t think of a better weekend to release the polymer polish spray wax. The decorated U.S. Army veteran behind Teague Custom Marine in Valencia, Calif., loves the Independence Day Weekend because it always combines his three favorite things—family, patriotism and boating.

Each Teague Shine bottle features the “Bob Teague-Approved” stamp down the side of the label.

This weekend, Teague is going to celebrate the Fourth of July in Discovery Bay, Calif., with family and friends. Surely there will be some celebrating for the new detailing spray from Bio-Kleen, the Kalamazoo, Mich.-based company that’s been creating biodegradable cleaning products since 1987.

Developed to remove hard water spots, smudges, fingerprints, dust and light build-up, and offer UV surface protection at the same time, the polish is now available at Teague Custom Marine. The staff and technicians at TCM involved in the product testing and development with Bio-Kleen were pleased with the end result, which is why the label features the “Bob Teague Approved” tag on each bottle.

Available in 32-ounce ($17.97), 1-gallon ($27.95) and 5-gallon ($95.97) sizes, the spray-on, wipe-off detailing formula was designed to enhance the depth of shine and add a micro-layer of polymer and UV protection to create a static-free surface. While most people wouldn’t order it this way, you can get Teague Shine, and most other Bio-Kleen products, in 55-gallon drums.

According to Teague, the spray can be used on boats, RVs, campers, trailers and automobile surfaces, and on everything from fiberglass, paints, clearcoat, metals, chrome, exterior trim and moldings to vinyl, leather, rubber, plastic, interiors, dash and finished wood.

Teague, who has been a dealer of Bio-Kleen products for several years, said he was proud to work with his friend, Tim Kowalski, and the rest of team at Bio-Kleen, which also produces cleaning supplies for the RV, snowmobile, motorcycle, automotive, household, janitorial and commercial industries.
