With the 2017 boating season finished everywhere in North America other than South Florida, BBLADES Professional Propellers in Princeton, Wis., is offering its annual winter propeller tune-up promotion. Starting Jan. 1 and through running Feb. 28, the company is discounting its hourly shop rate for prop tuning and repair to $85, which is $20 off the company’s standard hourly shop rate.

According to a press release from the outfit, “BBLADES can perform magic on almost any propeller—aluminum or stainless steel—from any manufacturer, inspecting for dents, dings and cracks the owner may not even know are there until they hit the water, when it’s too late. It’s never too early to start planning for your next boat outing, so BBLADES suggests avoiding the spring rush and taking advantage of its winter service discount.”

The release also touted the company’s propeller demo program, as well as its line of 4-Speed four-blade propellers that debuted this year but was mostly unavailable to consumers as BBLADES was ramping up production. Samples from the new propeller line will be on display during the 2018 Miami International Boat Show in February.
